TORCA and RSTBC (Rec Sites and Trails BC) continue to negotiate a land usage agreement on Eagle Mountain. In the interim, RSTBC has closed Manhandler and Three Little Pigs to mitigate liability. TORCA asks its members to respect these closures until such time as the negotiations are complete and the trails have been re-opened.
