In response to Section 57 applications being filed by Eagle Mountain Moto and TORCA for trails on Eagle Mountain, the land managers, Rec Sites and Trails BC, has taken an active roll in monitoring the state of the mountain trails and their usage. They have found many unsafe, rotting structures that will be removed from trails. They are also consulting with all stakeholders on the mountain to have a more comprehensive plan for the mountain usage that takes into account recreational and environmental values.

TORCA is working diligently to ensure a positive outcome for mountain bikers and the mountain bike trail system. We look forward to having legitimized trails and a future that would include trail system expansion. Your patience and understanding during this process is greatly appreciated.
