DESCRIPTION:Women's Intermediate Group ride (18+)\nTORCA is partnering with
  pro mountain biker Sandra Walter to offer a Women's Intermediate group ri
 de!\n\nAbout Sandra: Sandra Walter has been mountain biking for three deca
 des and competes at the elite level for Liv Racing and Team Canada. She ha
 s a wide range of experience coaching children and adults. Sandra started 
 coaching as a teenager\, leading kids’ mountain bike camps and leading T
 eam BC’s cycling squad at the 1999 BC Canada Summer Games. She has alway
 s felt an added motivation to encourage young women to discover the wonder
 ful world of mountain biking. Sandra is also a Ride Like a Girl Mentor.\n\
 nRegistration: Registration is required.  Total group size will be limite
 d to 8 riders (plus lead and sweep). A TORCA Liability Waiver will be requ
 ired for insurance purposes and it needs to be completed at time of regist
 ration.  TORCA Membership can also be purchased during registration (but 
 is not mandatory).\n\nBring: Mountain bike in good working condition (mini
 mum front suspension recommended)\, comfortable\, weather-appropriate clot
 hing\, multi-tool\, mini-pump\, spare tube that fits your bike\, tire leve
 rs\, snack\, water and a mask. Rider should be able to carry all of these 
 items with them on the ride (we may not be returning to start/finish locat
 ion until the end).\n\nProvided: Guided group rides.  Two ride leads will
  be present for each session (at least one will have first aid training).
