DESCRIPTION:We are heading up to Manhandler to work on various sections alo
 ng the trail.\n\nPLEASE NOTE - Pre-registration is REQUIRED for this trail
  day. We have only 20 spots available. \nIf you registered and can't make 
 it please let us know via email to info@torca.ca as we might have people o
 n the wait list.\n\nWhen: 9 AM for coffee &amp\; snacks\nWhere: Meet at th
 e gravel parking lot next to Aspenwood Elementary\n\nHead out on the trail
  at 9:15 AM - Lunch time is around 2 PM\n\nLunch\, snacks and coffee will 
 be provided. Please bring some water and a pair of gloves. No experience n
 ecessary!\n\nThis trail day is sponsored by Trailside Physiotherapy and Su
