  from Conifer to Frank's and some other projects around that area.\n\nPLEA
 SE NOTE - Pre-registration is REQUIRED for this trail day. \n\nIf you reg
 istered and can't make it please let us know via email to info@torca.ca. 
 \n\nWhen: 9 AM for coffee &amp\; snacks\nWhere: Meet by the green gate at 
 Conifer Drive\n\nHead out on the trail at 9:15 AM - Lunch time is around 2
  PM\n\nLunch\, snacks and coffee will be provided. Please bring some water
  and a pair of gloves. No experience necessary!\n\nThis trail day is spons
 ored by Trailside Physiotherapy and TREK.  We will have some prizes at th
 e end of the day.\n\nIf you can't make it to the trail day but still want
