 out and join us!\n\nPLEASE NOTE - Pre-registration is REQUIRED for this tr
 ail day. We have only 25 spots available. If you registered and can't make
  it please let us know via email to info@torca.ca as we might have people 
 on the wait list.\n\nWhen: 9 AM for coffee &amp\; snacks\nWhere: Meet at t
 he playground on Flavelle Drive\n\nHead out on the trail at 9:15 AM - Lunc
 h time is around 2 PM\n\nLunch\, snacks and coffee will be provided. Pleas
 e bring some water and a pair of gloves. No experience necessary!\n\nThis
