DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Wednesday November 24 at 7:00pm for TORCA’s
  virtual Annual General Meeting.\nWe will be hosting the meeting using Goo
 gle Meet. To connect on a computer\, you will have to use Chrome\, Firefox
 \, or Edge.  If you use Safari on a Mac\, you may need to log in using a 
 Google account.  To attend using your phone or tablet\, please use the Go
 ogle Meet app. \n\nTo attend the virtual AGM please visit https://meet.g
 oogle.com/zxw-qvmp-afd\n\nEverybody is able to attend the AGM but you need
  to have an active TORCA membership to be eligible to vote.\n\nAt the meet
 ing\, we will present our accomplishments from the past year and discuss o
 ur direction for 2022. We’ll also review our financial statements and ho
 ld elections for the TORCA executive positions for the coming year. There 
 will also be time for questions from the community. \nJoin the Executive 
 Team! \nTORCA is a collaborative group of passionate mountain bikers and 
 trail builders. We meet once per month to discuss the exciting future of m
 ountain biking in the Tri-Cities. As well\, we communicate electronically 
 on an almost daily basis.  We are looking for passionate individuals to j
 oin us to help plan and run events\, connect with the community and contri
 bute to a positive future for mountain biking. If you want to be part of t
 he TORCA executive team please look at this job overview document\, then l
 et us know your intentions by emailing ken@torca.ca. Any candidate intere
 sted in joining the board will be asked to briefly introduce themselves ju
 st prior to the election. If you can’t commit to monthly meetings but st
 ill want to be involved\, we could use your help in a committee or for var
 ious events (which we hopefully can hold again next year).  Just let us k
 now.\n\nVoting\nEvery active member will receive an email to their TORCA r
 egistered email address 1-2 days prior to the AGM. It will contain a perso
 nalized link to the voting form. The link (voting form) itself will not be
  live until after all the candidates have had a chance to introduce themse
 lves during the AGM.\n\nIf you have registered multiple members (kids\, pa
 rtners) with the same email address you will receive one email for each re
 gistered member under your email address.\n\nPlease make sure that you do
