DESCRIPTION:Girls Ride &amp\; Non-binary Advanced (13-18 years old)\nTORCA 
 is once again partnering with local pro rider Sandra Walter and offering f
 our girls group rides. Please make sure you sign up for the correct ride f
 or the age/skill level.\n\nAbout Sandra: Sandra Walter has been mountain b
 iking for three decades and competes at the elite level for Liv Racing and
  Team Canada. She has a wide range of experience coaching children and adu
 lts. Sandra started coaching as a teenager\, leading kids’ mountain bike
  camps and leading Team BC’s cycling squad at the 1999 BC Canada Summer 
 Games. She has always felt an added motivation to encourage young women to
  discover the wonderful world of mountain biking. Sandra is also a Ride Li
 ke a Girl Mentor.\n\nRegistration: Registration is required.  Total group
  size will be limited to 8 riders (plus lead and sweep). A TORCA Liability
  Waiver will be required for insurance purposes and it needs to be complet
 ed at time of registration.  TORCA Membership can also be purchased durin
 g registration (but is not mandatory).\n\nBring: Mountain bike in good wor
 king condition (minimum front suspension recommended)\, comfortable\, weat
 her-appropriate clothing\, multi-tool\, mini-pump\, spare tube that fits y
 our bike\, tire levers\, snack\, water and a mask. Rider should be able to
  carry all of these items with them on the ride (we may not be returning t
 o start/finish location until the end).\n\nProvided: Guided group rides. 
  Two ride leads will be present for each session (at least one will have f
 irst aid training).  Sandra + one youth leader.\n\nWe will be riding on t
 he following dates from 4:00pm-6:00pm:\n\nOctober 3rd (Bert Flinn Park)\n\
 nOctober 17th (Burke Mountain) \n\nOctober 24th (Eagle Mountain)\n\nOctob
