DESCRIPTION:Girls Ride &amp\; Non-binary Beginner/Intermediate (13-18 years
  old)\nTORCA is once again partnering with local pro rider Sandra Walter a
 nd offering five girls group rides. Please make sure you sign up for the c
 orrect ride for the age/skill level.\n\nWho: Beginner/Intermediate Girls a
 nd Non-binary youth 13-18 years old\n\nWhen: Monday October 28th 4-5:30pm\
 n\nWhere: Bert Flinn park (meet at the tennis courts off of David Avenue 
 on the east side of Heritage Woods Secondary School).\n\nAbout Sandra: San
 dra Walter has been mountain biking for three decades and competes at the 
 elite level for Liv Racing and Team Canada. She has a wide range of experi
 ence coaching children and adults. Sandra started coaching as a teenager\,
  leading kids’ mountain bike camps and leading Team BC’s cycling squad
  at the 1999 BC Canada Summer Games. She has always felt an added motivati
 on to encourage young women to discover the wonderful world of mountain bi
 king. Sandra is also a Ride Like a Girl Mentor.\n\nRegistration: Registrat
 ion is required.  Total group size will be limited to 8 riders (plus lead
  and sweep). A TORCA Liability Waiver will be required for insurance purpo
 ses and it needs to be completed at time of registration.  TORCA Membersh
 ip can also be purchased during registration (but is not mandatory).\n\nBr
 ing: Mountain bike in good working condition (minimum front suspension rec
 ommended)\, comfortable\, weather-appropriate clothing\, multi-tool\, mini
 -pump\, spare tube that fits your bike\, tire levers\, snack\, water and a
  mask. Rider should be able to carry all of these items with them on the r
 ide (we may not be returning to start/finish location until the end).\n\nP
 rovided: Guided group rides.  Two ride leads will be present for each ses
 sion (at least one will have first aid training).  Sandra + one youth lea
 der.\n\nIf you are a parent\, guardian\, or experienced youth rider and ar
