What if I can’t see the badges in Trailforks?
If you go to your Trailforks App on your phone, and DON’T see all of the TORCA Trailforks 2023 Badges, you need to update your app. In the Trailforks App: 1. menu > go to “settings” 2. “downloaded regions” 3 – tap to refresh the “British Columbia” region.
What to do if a badge does not appear after your ride?
The ride needs to be public (not private). In the web version of Trailforks go to “Ride Log” > “My Ride Logs”. Then select the ride log and on the bottom of the page click “rescan for badges”.
